STAIN RETURN POLICY
STAIN wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, minus the 5% handling charge. *We do not refund original, or return shipping charges.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance and Sales items (items marked down 50% or more), undergarments, shoes, jewelry, accessories and items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Damaged/ Defective Goods:
At STAIN, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is sold. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email,phone or fax,Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be eligible for an exchange.

A Return Authorization Number or permission must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No cash refunds will be given on items returned but goods can be changed.
Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 7 days from the original invoiced purchase date.
